A garden of abundance: large rear garden – Adel

This was a really pleasing transformation, with lots of colour and interest from new beds, and two seating areas from which to enjoy the abundance.

The new patio has a wrap-around bed stocked with colourful bulbs, flowering perennials and small shrubs. Evergreens have been included to ensure there is still structure and texture to enjoy even on a winter day.

A bespoke metal pergola sits atop a small circular paving area, forming a more intimate space just right for coffee or a late lunch. A generous herb bed is at hand near the kitchen door, with tall herbaceous sunflowers and clematis adding interest to the privacy fence.

Whether in summer or winter there is always something to enjoy!
